Our warranty covers any defects in your barn door hardware, custom doors, and custom furniture for one year from the date you received your order. * For wood doors and furniture: We use furniture grade wood that has been kiln dried down to 6-8% moisture content, however, depending on the humidity in the surrounding, wood can expand or contract - such movement can cause the wood to warp or crack, and is expected. If such situation should occur, we will evaluate and repair if it affect the usability of your piece.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by daily usage. It also does not apply to products that have been tampered with, modified, or improperly used.

General care instructions

Because wood is a "living thing," it will expand and contract depending on environmental factors such as temperature. We strongly suggest that you do not expose wood pieces to extreme weather. If possible, run a dehumidifier in the summer if your piece is in the basement.
