Barn door hardware

In the event we incorrectly fulfilled your order or sent defective parts, we promise to replace these items at no additional cost, including any shipping charges, in accordance with our Warranty. If for any reason you are unhappy with your barn door hardware, we will happily offer a full refund or exchange on standard tracks (5’, 6’, 7’ and 8’ long), provided that all items are returned in their original condition, and the hardware has NOT been installed. You will be responsible for shipping charges on both return and replacement items. Please note that your original shipping charge is not refundable.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on custom door hardware as they were made to your exact specifications.

Because all custom pieces are tailor made to our clients’ precise requirements, we do not offer any refund or exchanges on these items. We thank you for your understanding.
